DUB Shield Environmental Protection Package (EPP) Warranty

Allegiance Aftermarket Inc. (AAM) warrants that the installed DUB Shield Environmental Protection Package (door edge guards, door cup guards, and rear bumper applique) meets the applicable AAM product specification at the time of installation. 

In addition, for 3 years after the installation date listed on the frontside of this document, AAM warrants against:

• Yellowing, cracking, bubbling, and delaminating of EPP film
• Scratches of vehicle paint under door cup guards by jewelry or other items
• Damage to vehicle paint under door edge guards caused by opening the door into another vehicle or object (if repair requires paint correction or repainting, but not bodywork)
• Scratches of vehicle paint under rear bumper applique caused by loading items into or unloading items from the trunk

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim under this warranty, contact the dealer from which you purchased your vehicle or AAM at 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx. You will be directed to an installer selected by AAM to have your Environmental Protection Package inspected. If your claim is covered, AAM will arrange for the replacement of affected film and if necessary will repair or repaint the damaged vehicle paint.

Limited Warranty and Limited Remedy:

This warranty is only valid in the United States. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accident, misapplication or ordinary wear, nor does it apply to dents caused by physical impact of rocks, road debris, or other objects. In order for a claim to be approved, you must keep areas covered by the EPP reasonably clean. This warranty only covers damage to the vehicle that can be repaired by paint correction or repainting. This warranty does not cover dents or other repairs that require bodywork. Warranty coverage does not include paint pull during film removal process. This warranty is only provided to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty does not apply to headlights.

Implied Warranty Limitation:

All implied warranties and conditions, including but not limited to the implied warranty or condition of merchantability, the implied warranty or condition of fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranty or condition arising out of a course of dealing or of performance, custom or usage of trade, are limited in duration to the applicable warranty time period. Some states’ jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability:

Except where prohibited by law, AAM and the installer of the AAM product shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the AAM product, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including warranty, contract, negligence or strict liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
